• Packaging the Books

1. Use sturdy boxes to prevent damage.
2. Fill empty spaces with packing material (newspaper, bubble wrap) to prevent shifting.

• Labeling & Addressing

1. Clearly write “Book Donation” on the outside of the box.
2. Address packages to:

3. Send to either 5 Milestone Ln, Northborough MA 01532 or 12 Fairview Drive, Southborough MA 01772

• Shipping Options

1. We suggest USPS Media Mail for cost-effective shipping (only for books).
2. For larger donations, consider UPS or FedEx.

• Donation Acknowledgment (Optional)

1. If you need a donation receipt, include a note with your name and email inside the box.
